I live and write in Kansas, from whence I hope to hitch a tornadic ride to adventure in another world. In the meantime, I read, daydream, and moderate a fairy tale discussion forum on LiveJournal, told_tales. I have a Creative Writing degree from Pittsburg State University. My novelette "Sister and Serpent" won Honorable Mention in the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future Contest, and my story "Job Hunting" won First Prize in the 2010 HarperCollins Radiant Prose contest.
